TESTIMONIALS

“’The Holy Spirit is the gift that comes into man’s heart together with prayer,’” wrote Pope St. John Paul II in his encyclical, Dominum et Vivificantem. This book is a reminder of that vital, life-changing truth.” – Patrick Madrid, Host of the Patrick Madrid Show on Relevant Radio

“Annette Hills’ wise and personal narrative is illuminating and spiritually refreshing in both its content and style. This enjoyable life story accents the miracle of each journey toward holiness.” – The Very Reverend Scott Borgman, J.C.D., Judicial Vicar, Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange, California, Tribunal and Office of Canonical Services

“Annette Hills calls attention on how to combine and incorporate new methods with old fashioned virtues.” – The Very Reverend Chrysostom Baer, O.Praem., J.C.L., Prior, St. Michael’s Abbey

“Annette offers heartfelt personal stories of the power of faith in everyday life.  She has a beautiful heart which our Lord has used as a sure compass guiding her through the ups and downs of life. The amazing grace of God and the richness of the Catholic faith that is interwoven into one’s personal stories makes for gospel.  As a woman, a wife, mother, corporate worker, and recording artist, Annette shares how all these vocations reach fulfillment when one also grows in the identity as a disciple of Christ, a child of God, and a Catholic-Christian.” – Reverend Eugene J. Lee, Pastor, Saint Thomas More Catholic Church, Irvine, California

New Insight into Seeing the Holy Spirit at Work in Your Life struck a chord with me right from the beginning as Annette wrote about God’s attempts to communicate with each and every one of us. Then she deftly tied that notion into identifying and living our God-given purpose in life. I am a firm believer that God does everything short of hitting us over the head with a two-by-four to get our attention. This book may be the two-by-four! It will for sure open your eyes, ears and mind to God’s signs and whispers. Annette has totally opened herself up to us through very personal stories that help her to make her points. She helps us to see the Holy Spirit, to discern God’s will, to be better Christians, to evangelize and be witnesses for Christ, and to have a deep personal relationship with him. Annette Hills has written a gem of a book. It is a book that is chock full of wonderful, insightful, life improving and life-changing nuggets. You will want to keep going back to this book time and again to revisit, reflect upon and process these nuggets. Keep it by your bedside and refer to it often!” – H.E. Patrick D. Powers, Vice Governor General of Honor (North America), Knight of the Collar, Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem

“In the book New Insight into Seeing the Holy Spirit at Work in Your Life, Annette Hills has written a beautiful story that captures the heart and imagination. A fast paced, thought-provoking, delightful, inspiring, and engaging read, this book has something for everyone who appreciates the human adventure of love, joy, sorrow, and growth. I highly recommend this book!” – Kathleen Beckman, International Catholic Evangelist and Best-Selling Author

“As a Permanent Deacon with a business professional background (which includes executive recruiting experience), I found that this book resonated well with me as Annette Hills humbly shared how we can ponder and understand the various encounters of God through the ordinary moments of our lives.  Easy-to-read, the book provided helpful Catholic-based ‘frameworks’ and its practical applications for our unique faith journey experience. One can begin to transcend and see how the heart of Jesus has been working in our own individual lives.  With the help of the Holy Spirit, the reader can begin connecting the spiritual dots through the combination of faith and reason.” – Deacon Bernie Ocampo, Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange, California

“Discover profound wisdom and timeless guidance in New Insight into Seeing the Holy Spirit at Work in Your Life. Through its pages, embark on a transformative journey that illuminates the essence of faith, compassion, and purpose.  Annette Hills’ story offers solace, inspiration, and a deeper connection to the divine.” – Cristina M. Giannantonio, Ph.D., Dame Commander with Star, Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem and Spirituality Committee Member
