ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Agustín Giménez González is a Diocesan priest of Madrid, Spain (since 1999), a Doctor in Biblical Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome (2009), and a Professor of Sacred Scripture at the San Dámaso Ecclesiastical University (since 2007), accredited by ANECA. He has served as parochial vicar at Virgen del Carmen (Móstoles) and Nuestra Señora de Zarzaquemada (Leganés), and currently serves at San Juan de Ávila (Móstoles). He is also Director of the Diocesan Marian Forum of Getafe and chaplain to the Discalced Carmelite nuns of the Cerro de los Ángeles. He is a member of the Spanish Biblical Association, the Spanish Center of Sindonology, the Spanish Mariological Society, and the International Marian Association. He has published numerous articles in academic journals, theological and Old Testament manuals, and biblical monographs on themes such as the persecuted just one, divine sonship, and the chronology of Jesus, as well as a commentary on the Book of Wisdom (BAC Publishing).
