Suma Apologética está dirigida a adultos y adolescentes maduros. Ha sido diseñada específicamente para un curso anual de Apologética Católica a nivel de los últimos años de secundaria o los primeros años universitarios. El libro contiene 160 preguntas y respuestas sobre el catolicismo, el cristianismo y la fe en general. Se divide en seis categorías: Apologética Natural, Apologética Cristiana, Apologética Católica, Apologética Histórica, Apologética Moral y Preguntas Generales. El contenido se basa en la filosofía y teología de Santo Tomás de Aquino, así como en documentos magisteriales y en los escritos de autores cuyas ideas son coherentes con la sana teología católica. En cada respuesta, los versículos bíblicos aparecen en negrita para facilitar su consulta. Las preguntas de repaso al final de cada capítulo son útiles para discusiones en clase, pruebas y exámenes. SOBRE EL AUTOR

Joseph A. Freymann vive en Los Ángeles con su esposa, cinco hijos y tres nietos. Tiene una licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación de la Universidad Franciscana de Steubenville, una maestría en Filosofía del Ateneo Pontificio Regina Apostolorum y una maestría en Teología del Holy Apostles College and Seminary. Joseph enseña Matemáticas, Física y Apologética en St. Monica Academy en Montrose, California. También es profesor de Filosofía y Apologética en Catholic Polytechnic University en Glendale, California. Es el autor y desarrollador de una aplicación móvil llamada Appologetics, disponible para iPhone y Android, que sirve como complemento digital de este libro de texto.
